Turn Your Concepts into Cash in 2019

The annual Risk Management Grant and Recognition program has up to $15,000 to award for innovative solutions to tricky safety problems and challenges. Sometimes those solutions are simple and already in place; other times they come from a staff brainstorming session or suggestion box. Winning solutions can use equipment, training, or troubleshooting ideas to improve safety, create more efficient practices or improve risk-management best practices.

Whatever the approach, these 2018 grant winners’ solutions earned cash awards of between $500 and $2,500. Be sure to submit your 2019 application by the Sept. 6 deadline for an opportunity to turn your concepts into cash next year!

“If you’re looking for inspiration — or just want to compare your ideas with other winning ones — visit the Risk Management Grant and Recognition Program website page to learn more about the 2018 winning grants as well as previous years’ winners,” suggests Jenny Porrevecchio, PDRMA Risk Management Consultant.
