Tracking your health-related daily activities such as steps, nutrition and sleep is a great way to make sure you’re keeping up with your wellness goals and earning daily PATH points! The best way to ensure you receive the maximum daily points and accurately track your activity is to sync a tracker or app to PATH. Even better, since synced data is verified data, you receive more points for it than by manually entering your activity.


Remember, you can earn a maximum of 140 PATH points per day for physical activity!


Remember, you can earn a maximum of 140 PATH points per day for physical activity! But PATH only rewards you for one activity each day — the one with the highest reward amount — for either steps, active minutes or workout sessions. For example, on Monday you might not receive points for your step count if your active minutes earn you more of the 140 available points. On Tuesday, your workout sessions may earn you more of the 140 points than your active minutes or steps do, so you’ll get credit for those sessions. But on Wednesday, it may be your step count that earns you the maximum of 140 points, and you won’t get any points for your active minutes or workout sessions. And if your synced tracker or app uploads your activity to PATH more than once per day, your points will adjust per upload. For more information, click here to learn about earning points.
