RMR Update

As the end of the year approaches, you’re likely pursuing your SMART Goals and incentive deadlines — but there’re also some enhancements coming to your iLearningEngines (iLE) platform that will make managing your Risk Management Review (RMR) more convenient.

iLE Improvements

  • Laptop with a cyber “lock” displayed.Dashboard introduction — PDRMA is working with iLE to create a new, member-facing dashboard that displays an overview of agency claims, assessments, SMART Goals and Action Plans. It will also summarize interactions with your Risk Management Consultant. Look for the dashboard feature to be available by the end of 2024!
  • Change your password — This month iLE — the platform that houses all RMR data and online forms — is rolling out a new security feature. It requires all agency employees with access to the platform to change their passwords to meet minimum iLE security parameters.

SMART Goals — Are You Near the Finish Line?

Businessperson with arms spread and money raining down on them. You have until Dec. 31 to complete your 2024 SMART Goal action steps and collect your agency’s third cash reward. Be sure to complete your required action steps and agreed-upon activities along with your agency’s target forms (Injury Prevention — Parks, Fleet — SRA) by the deadline to qualify for the third incentive check.

New Info Needed

We need agencies to provide additional information to us via a new assessment form in iLE, which we’ll assign to agencies in early December.

  • Special Recreation Associations — Vehicle count and mileage for the last five years.
  • All other agencies — Park operations head count for the last five years.
