Summer Training

What can you do in 10 minutes?

  • Wooden street sign using arrows to point “THIS WAY,” “THAT WAY” and “THE OTHER WAY.”Watch 1/3 of a situation comedy.
  • Make three, three-minute eggs in succession.
  • Run two, five-minute miles.

Or you can do something to impact patron and employee safety this summer — complete a 10 Minute Training found on PDRMA’s website.

Don’t underestimate the impact of reviewing and refreshing safety habits, especially in the summer months. With pools open, day camps in session and special events on the calendar, summer brings more and different safety challenges than other seasons.

These trainings — available in English and Spanish — cover topics such as safely managing weather emergencies, medical emergencies and bomb threats along with lifeguard best practices.

It's difficult to find time to train employees during your busiest season. With 10 Minute Trainings. you can ensure seasonal workers and even seasoned employees keep these safety practices in mind.
