If developing self-empowerment has piqued your interest, then you need to visit the PATH website to create your to-do list for this year!
PATH is available 24/7, so any time is the right time to get started. Explore the navigation bar at the top of the home page the next time you log in or the menu when you use your app. Take a look at the options available to you under the Health menu including:
- Journeys — Explore the many 10-day activities to help you improve your sleep and focus, mental health and well-being. Perhaps you can add a Journey or two to the top of your 2025 to-do list.
- Healthy Habits — You can choose areas of wellness to focus on from a variety of Healthy Habits. Topics range from Getting Active to Healthy Relationships. Pick the ones you want to track daily and let PATH help you be accountable for your goals. You can also create a Healthy Habit Challenge and invite friends to pursue that wellness goal with you!
- My Care Checklist — Here is where you track annual tests, checkups, vaccines and current health situations you’re experiencing. If you want to manage your well-being throughout 2025, add this to your PATH to-do list.
- Coaching — You can work with a PATH health coach one on one to be accountable and stay focused while you pursue your well-being goals. Don’t overlook this valuable resource in 2025!
- Sleep Guide — Sleep is a critical piece of your overall well-being, including being able to keep a positive outlook. Your sleep guide can help you create a bedtime routine that encourages a good night’s sleep. The guide can also help you develop healthy sleep habits and set goals. Is this a possible to-do item for you in 2025?
- My Nutrition Guide — This guide lets you track your nutrition routine from calories eaten each day to healthy habits and weekly weight checks. You can set a weight goal — if losing a few pounds is on your to-do list — or you can focus on smaller nutritional changes. There are healthy recipes to explore, and you can earn PATH points as you work your way through the nutrition guide.
Under the Social menu on the navigation bar, you can click Challenges to join an available one, build a support group for yourself by clicking Friends or visit Groups either to create a new one or join an existing group. Shoutouts are a great way to encourage someone pursuing their own goals, and whether you give or receive a Shoutout, you earn PATH points!
When you click Media on the navigation bar, you open a library of quick, informative content in 11 areas: benefits; diversity, equity and inclusion; emotional balance; financial wellness; general wellbeing; health situations; healthy eating; meditation; personal growth; physical activity; and webinars.
Watch videos from the topic(s) that interest you and/or will help you achieve the goals you set for yourself this year and add them to your to-do list. And be on the lookout each month for a new media resource — Conversation — that features chats with experts and panelists on topics including Understanding Hormones and Financial Well-being.
