Here are some helpful hints to boost your PATH points earnings next year:

Although we will not have any on-site screenings in 2024, you can download our PATH Biometric Screening Options — 2024 document for details on how to complete a screening at a CVS MinuteClinic, LabCorp or through your doctor’s office.
  • Receive 150 points for each score that is in normal range or demonstrates a 5-percent improvement from last year’s results.
  • Choose a variety of activities, challenges, Healthy Habits, Journeys, online classes and coaching interactions to keep yourself motivated about pursuing your wellness journey throughout 2024.
Continue to receive quarterly payouts for your hard work earning incentive points in PATH’s Points and Levels rewards game! You’ll receive your payouts each quarter next year, up to a $425 annual maximum. Contact your Wellness Ambassador for specific payout dates at your agency.
