Andrew brings more than 20 ..... years’ experience to PDRMA from Elrod Friedman, Holland & Knight, Ancel Glink and Gould & Ratner. His primary areas of practice are negotiating, drafting and interpreting contracts; issues related to the Open Meetings and Illinois Freedom of Information acts; and public sector/municipal risk management.
