His primary areas of practice are negotiating, drafting and interpreting contracts; issues related to the Open Meetings and Illinois Freedom of Information acts; and public sector/municipal risk management.

Vicki has more than 20 ..... years’ experience in Human Resources and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In addition to being the first point of contact for Property/Casualty members wanting advice and assistance on day-to-day Human Resources-related issues, Vicki conducts HR-related training classes and webinars, and manages the HR-related resources Legal Services provides for our members.
