Melissa has more than 24 ..... years’ experience in Human Resources and is the first point of contact for Property/Casualty members to obtain advice and assistance on day-to-day Human Resources-related issues. She also conducts HR-related training classes and webinars, and manages Legal Services’ HR-related resources. Melissa holds an MBA and certifications including Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
